Our policy lasts for 4 days after you received your order. If 4 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we won’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 4 days after delivery.
Email us your order number, name, and the item you wish to return with photos. When we receive the item your return will be processed if the item is in the condition that was stated in the email.
We do not allow exchanges due to Covid.
How do I know my order has been shipped?
- The package could have been dropped off and is still being held/sorted by USPS.
- The package could have been sorted by USPS and sent off without being scanned.
- The package could be stolen/lost/misplaced.
