How long does processing take?
Processing on orders takes 3 businesses day. Monday through Friday, weekends and holidays are not included. Please note that processing starts 24 hours after order is placed.
Returns & Exchanges:
Our policy lasts for 7 days after you received your order. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we won’t offer you a refund or exchange. Only under special circumstances will a return be accepted after the return period has passed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in the product packaging it was received. In addition to this please provide photos and reasoning for return.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds/exchanges are granted if applicable
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Email us your order number, name, and the item you wish to return with photos. When we receive the item your return will be processed within a week.
Sale items:
Sale items cannot be returned, however, under special conditions may be replaced if damaged.
Shipping:
After your order is shipped, it takes about 2-5 business days. If your order is delayed, it is because of USPS or your mail carrier.
How do I know my order has been shipped?
An email will be automatically sent when your package ships with tracking attached.
Once I place my order, how do I know it is successful?
You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.
